Salome Villflor's article on Miindano Times(link below) describes how Filipino (philippine locals) expats are treated well in Asia's emerging nation, Vietnam. These expats are playing a big role with Vietnam's prosperity these days as most of them are either working as English teacher or holding any supervisory position in multinational companies. Ho Chi Minh City, politically known as Saigon, is the place where the largest number of Filipino nationals can be found.
