New Luxury Hotel to be Built in Vietnam

Because of the growing demand for luxury resorts and hotels in the region, King Hotel Investments ("KHI") has acquired a lot for building a new beachfront luxury hotel in Da Nang, Vietnam.

Tagged at 65 million US dollars, the proposed resort will have 150 suites and 15 residential villas. It is projected to be open on 2011.

This is the hotel chain's third acquisition in Asia.
